|Recommended: NoCanyon Point Apartments — It looks like everything was painted over poorly. They didn’t care if the paint got on the floor or carpet and paint is thick on spots they just go over. Restrooms are small and outdated. No lights or ceiling fans in room Most of the electrical plugs do not work. Did not look like they cleaned before we moved in

|Recommended: YesOver All Good — Over all decent place to live. Have not had too many issues and my neighbors are nice. Just wish people would stop driving through at all hours of the night blasting music that can be heard over my tv.
|Recommended: NoChallenging — Tough year - repeated mailbox break-ins, but new gate and code excellent. Best would be cameras. Change in residents' demographics has caused deterioration of grounds - children play and leave garbage behind. COVID made close cleanup difficult, but has improved over last few months. I can hear my upstairs neighbors at all hours--loud foot traffic and very disturbing dog traffic. This neighbor has had pit bulls and pit puppies ever since they moved in see my previous complaints . Maintenance staff and property staff have been consistently wonderful--responsive, attentive. Overall, the quality of life here has deteriorated noticeably, but my budget won't allow me to move elsewhere. After such a challenging year for tenants, I'm disappointed that my rent has been increased, but I expected it. Sorry for this rating, but I've been disappointed this year.

|Recommended: Yes10 Yr Resident — 10 yr resident. Overall community has been good. There has never been a problem with roaches. Parking is ok. Have never experienced unsafe conditions. Really only complaint is both maintenance and hired contractors need to be more conscientious about cleaning up after a job. If you damaged lenolium then fix it. If something is changed out and a different color wall is exposed paint it. Move in conditions were horrible with chewed trim around doors and holes in the doors that were patched over including obvious patches in ceilings.
