|Recommended: YesNew Tentant — We moved in July 1st and everyone from the property management staff to the maitenance staff were so welcoming Its a nice community within itself we've been here a month now and I have not had any issues. My kids love our apartment I was hesistant to get an apartment we are adjusting from a house but everyhting went so smoothy I recommend this property to everyone the price is great for what you get with your apartment and the pool is very nice and well kept along with the grounds Thank you to Larissa, Cynthia and Mr. Garza for welcoming us to our new home

I was quite disappointed with my stay
|Recommended: NoRent — I personally thought the rent was not consistent no have never stayed at an apartment complex where the rent varied every month I didn’t know what was my monthly rent was from billing cycle to the next

|Recommended: NoApartment — I have complainers couple of times regarding my air conditioner. The vents in the living room and bedroom do not blow air out. My thermostat is sitting on 70 degrees and it’s 76 degrees in my apartment. My electric bill is 232.00 for a 1 bedroom.The front office lady tells me that’s just CPS. NO it’s because my AC never cuts off.
|Recommended: YesJust Okay — Seemed that the unit given us was not properly checked before move in, 2 out of 3 toilets not working, plumbing issues, nasty dishwasher. The unit itself is nice and good for the price.
