|Recommended: YesCanyon Point — The office staff has always been very helpful and responsive. Cynthia’s was very pleasant to talk to when I first called and inquired about these apartments and Larissa did a great job on the showing. While it was not the unit that I would be moving into, I will say when I did move in the interior of the unit did match the unit she showed me. The breakers tripped when I moved in and the maintenance staff did come rather quickly. Which is very much appreciated. I do work in the multifamily construction industry so I do know there are many challenges. My AC is having a hard time keeping up and the exterior walls leading up the stairs and my front door landing are extremely filthy But I’m at the back of the property so it’s not something people would see. I hope it doesn’t get overlooked. The pool is never open after work. I was looking forward to enjoying it. I’m trying to still be an optimist. Hopefully that will get taken care of it’s a small easy fix. When those things get taken care of I’ll be very happy to give Canyon Point Apartments a five star review
Thank you for the kind words. Our staff strives to address any, and all, concerns you may have. Our pool hours are 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, unless we close it for maintenance or repairs. I do apologize for your A/C, and unfortunately all the A/C's are working extra hard this summer trying to keep up. Please contact the office so they may look at it.

|Recommended: YesNew Tentant — We moved in July 1st and everyone from the property management staff to the maitenance staff were so welcoming Its a nice community within itself we've been here a month now and I have not had any issues. My kids love our apartment I was hesistant to get an apartment we are adjusting from a house but everyhting went so smoothy I recommend this property to everyone the price is great for what you get with your apartment and the pool is very nice and well kept along with the grounds Thank you to Larissa, Cynthia and Mr. Garza for welcoming us to our new home

|Recommended: NoApartment — I have complainers couple of times regarding my air conditioner. The vents in the living room and bedroom do not blow air out. My thermostat is sitting on 70 degrees and it’s 76 degrees in my apartment. My electric bill is 232.00 for a 1 bedroom.The front office lady tells me that’s just CPS. NO it’s because my AC never cuts off.
