|Recommended: YesThe Property Is Quiet Secluded But Safe — I enjoyed my time here very much. I have had no problems with getting maintenance to fix things around the apartment. The staff has always been professional and nice. Everything is clean and they follow CDC guidelines to ensure everyone in the community is safe and well. I would stay if they offered 3 bedrooms because that is my only reason I am relocating.

|Recommended: YesOutside Cleanliness Could Use Some Work — Great work on the maintenance but Apartment Neighbors are noisy and disrupt personal environment. Dog fecal matter can often be found outside, stinking up the outside space, and Residents smoke marijuana and hot box their entire apartment. This causes the stench of marijuana to seep into other apartment units. The apartment could stand to do more regular check ups on the sewage water pipes of the apartments.

|Recommended: YesFriendly Staff, Community, And Decent Grounds During The Pandemic. — I would tell someone that is considering living here that it is a bargain for what you are getting out of it. Also, the staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly. Shout out to Sylvia and Frank for helping me through the moving process They have answered all my questions and have been understanding of my situation. This is my first time living in an apartment by myself and I plan on saving some money with this place in comparison to other complexes. The neighbors have been welcoming too even during the pandemic. Lastly, it is a nice enough neighborhood for me to do some jogging and outdoor exercises. Not to mention I'm conveniently close to several stores, restaurants, and parks. I would highly recommend this place.
|Recommended: YesNot Too Bad — Two biggest complaints are that my neighbors smoke and the smell comes through my vents so I can smell the second hand smoke inside my apartment I am a non-smoker , and nobody picks up after their pets on the grass so kids can't play anywhere except the sidewalk. I have noticed that people park in the handicapped spots and they don't have placards or handicapped plates. So that leaves no spots for those who are actually handicapped, which is very disappointing.
