|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Call Home — When I first moved to San Antonio, I was looking for a nice apartment that was spacious and in a great neighborhood. I was weighing my options between two complexes and what sold me on Canyon Point was their friendly staff.That was 3 years ago Everyone from the ladies in the office to the guys in maintenance are fantastic to work with and any concerns are addressed in a timely manner.

|Recommended: YesA C Maintenance — I had an issue with the A C and Johnny the supervisor went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with my units temperature. Johnny returned my call more than promptly and handled fixing an issue that needed to be fixed thoroughly.

|Recommended: YesCanyon Point — The office staff has always been very helpful and responsive. Cynthia’s was very pleasant to talk to when I first called and inquired about these apartments and Larissa did a great job on the showing. While it was not the unit that I would be moving into, I will say when I did move in the interior of the unit did match the unit she showed me. The breakers tripped when I moved in and the maintenance staff did come rather quickly. Which is very much appreciated. I do work in the multifamily construction industry so I do know there are many challenges. My AC is having a hard time keeping up and the exterior walls leading up the stairs and my front door landing are extremely filthy But I’m at the back of the property so it’s not something people would see. I hope it doesn’t get overlooked. The pool is never open after work. I was looking forward to enjoying it. I’m trying to still be an optimist. Hopefully that will get taken care of it’s a small easy fix. When those things get taken care of I’ll be very happy to give Canyon Point Apartments a five star review
Thank you for the kind words. Our staff strives to address any, and all, concerns you may have. Our pool hours are 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, unless we close it for maintenance or repairs. I do apologize for your A/C, and unfortunately all the A/C's are working extra hard this summer trying to keep up. Please contact the office so they may look at it.
